Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your garment and affix the provided shipping label, then drop your parcel at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
